You may have water damage, a rising bill or recurring pressure loss without a clear source. That uncertainty is exactly why a structured leak investigation helps. You do not need to identify the pipe before contacting us.
Signs worth noting
- A previous visit has not located the source
- Symptoms recurring after an apparent repair
- Several rooms or water systems potentially involved
What happens next
We review what has already been checked, build a picture of the symptoms and choose the next useful tests. Combining methods helps avoid relying on a single inconclusive sign.
Before you contact us
Collect previous reports, photographs and repair details. Explain what improved, what did not change and how the problem has developed.
From the findings to the fix
Once the evidence supports a pipe leak location, we explain access and carry out the repair. A written record helps you understand the findings and any next steps for reinstatement or insurance.
For residential work, the £1,195 total includes investigation, access, the plumbing repair, parts and materials, testing and a report. The £100 booking deposit is deducted from the total. Commercial instructions are quoted separately.
Decorative and remedial reinstatement after access is excluded. The repair workmanship comes with a 12-month warranty. We explain the job before the appointment is confirmed.

Your questions, answered.
Can you investigate after another plumber has visited?
Yes. Previous findings are useful, so bring any reports and explain which tests or repairs have already been carried out.
How does the £100 deposit work?
First, contact us about the leak. Once the job and appointment are confirmed, we send you a payment link for a £100 booking deposit. This is deducted from £1,195, leaving £1,095. Sending an enquiry does not take a payment or confirm an appointment.
Will you need to lift floors or open walls?
Detection helps narrow down the source before access is made. Some leaks require floors, walls, ceilings or external surfaces to be opened so the pipe can be repaired. We explain what is needed and aim to avoid unnecessary disruption.
Can I claim through my insurance?
We provide a detailed Trace & Access report for you to submit to your insurer. Acceptance and reimbursement depend on your policy, excess, limits and insurer’s decision. Check any approval requirements with your insurer before work begins.
