Finding a hidden leak is only part of getting the problem resolved. We combine specialist investigation with the practical plumbing repair, so a residential customer has one team taking the job forward.
When this service can help
- A leak that has been found but not repaired
- Hidden pipework that needs access
- A water supply or heating pipe losing water
- A need for repair evidence and testing
How we investigate
Once we identify the source, we explain the required access and complete the plumbing repair using suitable parts and materials. We then test the affected pipework and document the findings and work.
Before the appointment
If another company has already investigated, send the report and photos. Tell us about the pipe location, surface finishes, access restrictions and permissions. We will discuss the job before confirming the booking.
From the findings to the fix
The £1,195 residential package includes the detection, access, repair, parts and materials, without adding hourly charges because an agreed job takes longer. Decorative or remedial reinstatement is excluded. Commercial work is priced separately.
For residential work, the £1,195 total includes investigation, access, the plumbing repair, parts and materials, testing and a report. The £100 booking deposit is deducted from the total. Commercial instructions are quoted separately.
Decorative and remedial reinstatement after access is excluded. The repair workmanship comes with a 12-month warranty. We explain the job before the appointment is confirmed.

Your questions, answered.
Are repair parts and materials included?
Yes. Parts and materials for the residential leak repair are included in the £1,195 total, along with the investigation, access, testing and report.
How does the £100 deposit work?
First, contact us about the leak. Once the job and appointment are confirmed, we send you a payment link for a £100 booking deposit. This is deducted from £1,195, leaving £1,095. Sending an enquiry does not take a payment or confirm an appointment.
Will you need to lift floors or open walls?
Detection helps narrow down the source before access is made. Some leaks require floors, walls, ceilings or external surfaces to be opened so the pipe can be repaired. We explain what is needed and aim to avoid unnecessary disruption.
Can I claim through my insurance?
We provide a detailed Trace & Access report for you to submit to your insurer. Acceptance and reimbursement depend on your policy, excess, limits and insurer’s decision. Check any approval requirements with your insurer before work begins.
